Celebrating the Efforts of our JOHS Committees

A shoutout to the work of our Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committees. Today, we thank each member for their commitment to supporting and fostering a safe work environment. Your contributions do not go unnoticed; they play a key role in enhancing the safety culture of the Abbotsford School District.

This year, District OHS relaunched the JOHSC Assessment process, which focused on working with committees to improve the effectiveness of JOHSC programming. While all 52 JOHS Committees were worthy of being highlighted, we wanted to recognize a handful of sites for outstanding achievements in safety.

We are pleased to announce the winners of this year’s Safety Awards:
