Introducing the New EFAP Platform: LifeWorks

Morneau Shepell has revamped, enhanced, and rebranded its Employee Family Assistance Program as LifeWorks. This enhanced mobile-friendly platform offers new digital services, and easier access to high-quality in-person counselling services. LifeWorks Employee and Family Assistance Program provides staff with immediate and confidential help for any work, health, or life concern. 

LifeWorks is designed to help people find solutions for the challenges faced in everyday life. Staff and their family members can access immediate and confidential support in a way that is most suited to their preferences, comfort level and lifestyle. There is no cost for staff to use LifeWorks as it is a benefit paid 100% by the district.
