Turning your voices into action

We are excited to be launching an employee engagement survey in October. The survey will be part of a broader employee engagement program. We aim to inspire everyone to be part of an ongoing conversation about how we work together to make this a great place to learn and work. Those conversations will inform priorities and actions.  

We have contracted TWI Surveys to administer the survey, hold the data, develop reports, and share insights. Over the past few weeks, TWI Surveys and HR team members met with several employees and stakeholders. We wanted employees to shape the design of the survey. We heard about the care staff have for each other and students. You are already putting forth extraordinary efforts to support student success, and there are challenges you face every day. Based on this stakeholder consultation and employee research best practices, survey questions have been written. The questionnaire will explore categories including meaningful work; talent, skill, and knowledge; trust, safety, and belonging; agency and well-being.

Survey results will be shared with all employees and presented in a way that maintains anonymity. Through discussion, we will develop a shared understanding of strengths and areas that need improvement. Your voices will be the foundation for action.
